Bad sold very well in 2009-2010, it should be certified Platinum (60,000).
We'll see in the future if it will get a certification by Fimi, which certifies only sales from January 1st - 2009 onwards.

Both have sold around the same, but i think Bad is still ahead by 10/20k copies.
The Bad Era was bigger than the Thriller one in Italy.. -

As far as i know bad outsold thriller in uk and germany .
So Bad is the best selling foreign album in Italy?. -

It's not, but for sure is one of the best selling foreign albums.
The Best seller is probably "The Dark Side Of The Moon" , a really strong catalogue seller, which reached the 1 million mark by the end of 1989 according to Emi and sold over 400,000 from 2000 to date.
It's likely very close to 2 million by now. -

I make that 6.3m from just three albums, so where does the figure of 3.1m for MJ's total sales come from? Or am I reading it wrong?
